Pendleton Estate is a family owned property located near Keith in the Limestone Coast region of South Australia.  The Leccino blend is a fresh, fruity delicate style oil, which will enhance those dishes calling for a more subtle oil.  It is a fantastic oil to use with risottos, chicken or fish.  It is also a great oil to substitute for butter in cake baking.
