Coriole extra virgin olive oil is produced from an olive grove on their vineyard property in McLaren Vale, South Australia. The oil which is produced from late harvest olives has a round, soft palate with balanced bitterness and pungency. Coriole is a delicate to medium style oil which is fabulous for a whole range of culinary purposes. It is particularly nice as a dipping oil or tossed through salads or pasta.
